Repeat purchase intent survey

This template helps you understand whether the product delivered value, what influences another purchase, and which obstacle still gets in the way.

Create my repeat purchase survey

When to use this template

Send it after the customer has had time to use the product. The interval depends on the category: do not ask about another purchase before the experience has happened.

Ready-to-use questions

  1. Did the product solve what you needed?
  2. How satisfied were you with this purchase?
  3. What would influence your next purchase the most?
  4. What could stop you from buying again?
  5. Which part of the experience would you keep?
  6. What could we improve?

How to adapt the questions

Replace “product” with the category name and use the order context. If delivery is the main problem, compare with the delivery feedback template.

Avoid promising a discount or benefit in exchange for a response. The survey should understand the experience, not buy a positive score.

How to read the responses

Separate product value, trust in the store, price, timing, and support. Repeat purchase intent is a signal, not a guaranteed sale; compare it with actual behavior when you have that data.

Next step

Choose one recurring obstacle, test a change in the journey, and track the next order cohort.
